WARRANTY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Section 1 – Damaged Items
We try our best to package items for safe shipment. We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling by the carrier, but will work to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
If your item arrives damaged you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Section 2 – Defects
If you feel your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Section 3 – Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must be the original purchaser. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Please contact us prior to returning your item for refund.
Section 4 – Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days, not including processing time by your credit card or financial institution.
Section 5 – Shipping Costs
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your original order will not be refunded.
You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
Section 6 – Late or Missing Refunds
If your return has been approved and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Section 7 – Sale and Close-out Items
Sale items are refunded at the price you paid. Close out items are not eligible for refund.
Section 8 – Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address which was supplied in your approval notification.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
