Whether you call it a Stained Glass Air Plant Holder or a Stained Glass Terrarium, the Tiny Teardrop is marked by simple, clean lines and modern design. Originally designed as an air plant holder, it’s also great for holding dried flowers, shells or just about any other small keepsake. The Tiny Teardrop has a ring on top and can be hung, and can also be displayed on a tabletop, counter or shelf.

This Stained Glass Air Plant Holder is constructed using the copper foil (Tiffany) method. Each piece of clear glass is individually cut and ground to size, and the edges are dressed. The edges of each piece are wrapped in copper foil, which is then burnished. The ten pieces are soldered together, and the hanger is attached. After inspection and cleaning a patina is applied, and then polished. As the final step, each teardrop is thoroughly cleaned and waxed.
